1.1 The competition is open to residents of Australia who are above 18 years old and are not employees of Doogood Australia or their immediate family members.
1.2 By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to participate and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter, submit a photo of a completed project featuring Doogood fencing products to marketing@doogoodaustralia.com.au
2.2 Each photo submission constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition runs from Thursday15th August 2024 to Thursday 26th September 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize
4.1 The prize is either 2 corporate tickets to a Coldplay or Travis Scott concert at Marvel Stadium.
4.2 The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.3 The prize is subject to the availability of tickets and the final concert date, which will be confirmed and communicated to the winner as soon as possible. If the chosen event is unavailable, an alternative prize of equal value may be offered.
5. Selection and Notification of Winner
5.1 The winner will be selected at random on the 9th of October and notified via email on the same day. The winner will also be announced on Doogood’s social media pages.
5.2 The winner must respond within 2 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Doogood reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. General Conditions
6.1 All entries must comply with Australian laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Trade Practices Act 1974, Gambling Regulation Act 2003, and the relevant industry codes.
6.2 The competition is not open to individuals involved in gambling, alcohol promotion, tobacco products, or any other prohibited categories. 6.3 Doogood reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the competition requirements or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Privacy
7.1 By entering the competition, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and marketing related activities.
8. Liability
8.1 Doogood accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant because of their participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Doogood reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes will be communicated to participants through email.
