A new retirement village at Thrive Estate Berwick required perimeter fencing. The panels were manufactured from steel to give a stronger solution to existing panels already in the area made from aluminium. As this was a high-end build the panels were supplied with a 20-year warranty coating.
Doogood was able to provide a bespoke panel solution to match in with an existing installation. The client was looking for a stronger solution with the same look and price range, Doogood was able to come to the party with a CAD drawing same day for approval and panels on site well ahead of schedule.
Because the panels were made from a thicker steel rather than aluminium and welded to a high standard there is minimal flex in the pickets. The 20 year power coating warranty also provides assurance that the fence will continue to look great for many years to come.
